Friendly and helpful staff made our stay at the Town House in Kuta enjoyable. The spacious apartment was clean and comfortable, with multiple pools to choose from. The breakfast had a good variety of options for everyone. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel of choice in Kuta. Recently refurbished property with top-class staff in the early morning check-out and excellent Wi-Fi. A nice size and air-conditioned room, above average breakfast. Fantastic and lovely location, close to everything ie. And not far from restaurants and beach as well as easy to get to beach. Reasonably priced poolside bar.

The location was awesome, within easy walking distance of Poppies Lane Ii. The staff was very good, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

We were a family of 5 and stayed in the 2 bedroom family unit. The unit was incredibly spacious with a full-size kitchen. It was a relief to have so much room to move around in. The unit was always kept clean and tidy by the helpful housekeeping staff. They did a great job. We really appreciated the convenience of having breakfast included in our package. The buffet breakfast provided a good variety of options to start our day. The location was also quite convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The beds were a bit on the firm side, but that's just a personal preference. our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I would recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option.

We spent an amazing Christmas here with my family. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of tasty meals to choose from. they offered two complementary services, which was a pleasant surprise. Its location was fantastic, as we could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcomed.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak at times, and we had to leave our room to get a better connection. Our room was located above a restaurant and the noise was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at times.
